Over the last week our enthusiastic Year 3 and 4 girls have begun playing matches against other schools.

Last Friday Mr French from Our Lady's arranged a competition for both schools to learn to play together, it was a huge success with both teams improving a lot and scoring lots of goals

On Monday we hosted John Henry Newman on a very muddy pitch!

Our Y3 (and Y2) girls were phenomenal and we had to call an early end to the match to ensure respectability.

Our Y4 girls were equally as committed, but John Henry Newman managed to edge them out in the end to win the game.

It was a great first experience and we hope to provide more opportunities throughout the year.
