Year Five Class
Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Picnic
Along with the rest of the school, we celebrated with a picnic on our school field. Luckily, the sun came out for us today too!
Maths – We went outside to create our own place value grids. We then used them to help us understand how to multiply and divide decimal numbers by 10,100,1000
Planting – We wanted to make the area outside our classroom more colourful by planting some wild flower seeds.

Each week, we have been lucky to visit the Music department at Headington School. We have experienced performing in a real recording studio.

We were excited to explore all the different scenes within the museum. We were also excited to see the wooden discs that we had painted and were used to create a pathway through the museum.
