Today 30 children from Y3-6 marched along the ring road cycle path to Horspath Athletics Ground where they took part in a Cross Country competition with 15 other schools.
Each race had over 100 children in, some had 150, and our children performed magnificently, especially the poor Year 6 boys who were 500m into the race before being called back for a re-start!
A fantastic, but tiring, morning was had by all.
Cross Country is all about wet feet, muddy legs and exhaustion, it is safe to say they got the proper experience!
