We have been made aware of an issue with the Covid booking link on a recent letter sent via school, and are working to fix this. In the meantime you can consent using this link. You will need your school code which you will find in the email sent by your school.

The Covid vaccine will not be delivered in school, if you require an appointment, please book using this link. You will need your booking reference number which you will receive following successful submission of the consent form.
