Today we loaded Y5s bags full of weights (books mainly) and marched them on a long arduous journey around town (down to Bd Dominic Barbieri).
We were trying to get into the mindset of the characters of The Nativity story. As hard as it was to walk with a heavy load, it was nothing compared to the struggle of those in The Bible, who had to walk for miles and miles through the desert.
And I don’t think Mr Higgins’ wife met them with biscuits either.
